UNYPAD Dalingaoen Pikit Chapter conducts oath-taking ceremony

PIKIT, COTABATO PROVINCE (March 15, 2021) – The United Youth for Peace and Development (UNYPAD) Dalingaoen Pikit Chapter conducted oath-taking ceremony conducted March 11, 2021 at Covered Court Dalingaoen Pikit Cotabato.

Around 100 attendees gathered in the event coming from different sitios and nearby baranggays.

The activity gave an opportunity to the officers and members of the organization to pledge their loyalty to the organization.

One of the highlights was learning their respective tasks, functions and responsibilities as well during the orientation.

The participants also learned the essence of strengthening brotherhood and solidarity among the youth.

Mustapha Sanduyogan, chairman of UNYPAD Pikit gave the rationale of the program and showed his moral support as a leader of Pikit chapter.

The newly appointed officers and members both men and Women Affairs Committee WAC were introduced by Haguiar Gayak, Member of Committee on Campaign and Advocacy, UNYPAD Pikit at the same time one of the advisers and organizers of the said newly chapter.

Badrodin Mamendig, Vice Chairman for External Affairs, UNYPAD North Cotabato Cluster II (NCCII), officiated the oath-taking and led the pledge of loyalty.

Mamendig also gave a message and formally accepted the officers and members. He also gave an input on their tasks and functions.

“Uman isa na katuntayan so task and functions tanu ka endo makwa so kahanda a pndevelop sa mga manguda, endo respeto tanu sa kaunutan tanu (Each one of us should know our task and functions in order for us to achieve our goals and objectives that is to develop youth and have a respect to the leaders),” he said.

UNYPAD Dalingaoen Chairman, Janudin B. Della gave a short message of commitment saying, “Embagelan tanu so lekitanu a magaga sa kanggalbek kanu responsibilities tanu (We should strengthen our commitment to do our responsibilities).”

In her message of commitment, Julhairie V. Bantulinay, WAC Chairperson of UNYPAD Dalingaoen, said, “I will work hard, I will do my best as a newly appointed officer and hoping for the guidance of our leaders in terms of our skills in leadership.”

Norsalim Patacpan, Provincial Chairman of NCCIII and his colleagues were also present and showed their support for the activity.

“Enggulan tanu so mapiya sya kanu mga makagkapiya salkitanu, pamandu tanu sa ukit a balance e kanggalbek tanu sa mapiya (Let us do well the right things that are favorable for us, in a balanced way of doing good),” Patacpan expressed.

In his message of support, Nasser Bantulinay, member of Political Committee, showed his strong support for the youth and looked forward for the next activities in their community.

“Nyatanu pandevelop na ginawa tanu, magiseg tanu a mga manguda no dalpa, mapiya a galbek nu na suportahan nami a mga kaka nu (What you develop in yourselves, step forward as youth of our community, for as your elders, we will support you all the way),” Bantulinay stressed.

Member of Committee on Da’wah and Education, Women;s Affairs Committee provincial level, executives officers from province down to municipal chapters, Political Committee (PolCom), Social Welfare Committee (SWC), BLGU and other sectors of the community also showed their moral support in the activity.
