UNYPAD Tapodoc Chapter conducts Islamic Leadership & Management Training

ALEOSAN, COTABATO PROVINCE (April 12, 2021) — The United Youth for Peace and Development, Inc. (UNYPAD) Tapodoc Chapter conducted “Islamic Leadership & Management Training” at Mahad Shar’ey Al- Islamie, Tapodoc, this town, on April 03- 04, 2021 which was aimed at mobilizing young individuals and equipping them with knowledge towards nation-building.
Rahim Lasak, member of the Provincial Committee on Research and Information Development, gave inputs on Islamic Leadership and other relevant topics. He also engaged the participants in some workshops.
According to Lasak, the activity is one way of preparing the young ones to become future leaders in their communities.
Barangay Tapodoc Kagawad Halil Odin expressed his gratitude for having the activity conducted in their village. He welcomed the organizers and participants.
Jhoe P. Balabagan, Provincial Campaign and Advocacy member, discussed Organization Management.
“Dislike the deeds of the person, not the person himself,” Balabagan undersocred as he talked about the qualities essential for a leader or manager.
Normahadi Taya, UNYPAD- Tapodoc Vice- Chairman, revealed, “Kanu dala kami pan makad training, na awam kami sa niya ba (Before the training, we were not knowledgeable of this).”
“Kadsukor ka nakaukit kami sa niya ba a training (We are thankful that we were given with this training), ” Jimraida Odin, Women’s Affairs Committee (WAC) Secretary on Research and Information, said while giving impression to the activity
Ustadz Hamsa Landayan, UNYPAD NCCII Chairman, congratulated the participants as he expressed his felicitation to the Tapodoc Chapter for their preparation that contributed to the success of the training.
UNYPAD- Tapodoc Chapter are being led by Chairman Emran Taya, and WAC Chairwoman Noraida Taya.
UNYPAD members from other barangays and municipalities were present. The provincial, and national officers also graced the activity.
BLGU Tapodoc also showed their support. Chairman Landayan also congratulated UNYPAD- Tapodoc Chapter.

Tapodc Chapter carried on a two- day “Islamic Leadership and Management Training,” at Mahad Shar’ey Al- Islamie, Tapodoc, Aleosan, Cotabato. Happened last April 03- 04, 2021, the said training was graced by different big personalities of the organization, and the Barangay Local Government Unit ( BLGU ) of Tapodoc. Honorable Kagawad Halil Odin expresses his gratitude for having the activity. ” We are grateful to the organization, and we are warmly welcoming you to our barangay, ” Odin added.
Rahim Lasak, member of the provincial Committee on Research and Information Development, gave the input on Islamic Leadership for the first day of the training. Various topic, with workshops were presented and made.
“You are not replacing our current leaders, we are just preparing you for the future, ” Lasak, as emphasize the porpuse of the said training.
On the second day, Jhoe P. Balabagan, Provincial Campaign and Advocacy member, took over the giving of inputs on Management.

UNYPAD- Tapodoc Chapter are spearheaded by Chairman Emran Taya, and WAC Chairwoman Noraida Taya. Fellow UNYPAD members from other barangay, Municipal, Provincial, and National officers, and BLGU Tapodoc also showed thier support through their presence.
