UNYPAD Datu Montawal Chapter plans for organizing activity

DATU MONTAWAL, Maguindanao (September 20, 2021) – The United Youth for Peace and Development (UNYPAD) Datu Montawal Chapter planned last Sunday (Sept 12) for the conduct organizing activity in its area of jurisdiction.
The aim of the planning is to outline the series of organizing activity in different barangays of Datu Montawal municipality, and to capacitate and mold the youth to become a fruitful leaders in the Bangsamoro homeland.
In his welcome address, Ust. Nasrudin Guial, head of Amilin (collector), pointed out how happy they are seeing the officers and members of the organization striving in capacitating the youth to become agents of change in the society.
He said the youth will also learn to apply some techniques and strategies in gathering data as part of their organizing efforts.
Nasrudin Landaila, Vice-Chairman for External Affairs, commended UNYPAD citing “it is the most active youth organization today.”
“We will move slowly to implement our programs and activities,” he said.
Edris Antelino, Chair of Committee on Da’wah and Education, stressed that, “working as one team is very important.”
“We should do our responsibilities so that we will not be asked in the hereafter,” he said.
The chairman of Datu Montawal Chapter, Abdulnasser Lumambas, facilitated the entire planning session.
In his words of challenge, he said, “The armed struggle is almost finished, but our political struggle has just started. We need to educate our youth because they are our hope of the Bangsamoro homeland.”
The chapter is looking for immediate actions and implementations of the planned programs and activities of the organization.
