UNYPAD Bualan Chapter conducts ‘Kumustahan sa Barangay’

PIKIT, North Cotabato (September 23, 2021) –The United Youth for Peace and Development (UNYPAD) North Cotabato Cluster (NCC) II – Bualan Chapter conducted on Sunday (Sept 19) Kumustahan sa Barangay with the theme “Bangsamoro Youth leaders Generation: UNYPAD NCCII Kapamagaday sa kasampay sa tidto a kalilintad Endo kagkapia” held at Barangay Bualan in this town.

Member of Committee on Research and Information, Abdulnasser Andik, mentioned in his rationale that the activity aims to visit, evaluate and understand the situation of every UNYPAD organized Barangays in the NCC-II.

Rohamedin Balabagan, Vice chairman of Panicupan Chapter, imparted an Islamic orientation and stated that, “We as youth are the hope of the community, we must strive to be a better person and contribute to the development of our community.”
Also in the program was Abdulrahim “Jhoe” Balabagan, national member of Committee on Research and Information, reminded the chapter about the organization’s thrust which is to push for peace and development.
“In UNYPAD context peace comes first before development and development will never exist without peace,” he pointed out.

The Deputy Secretary of UNYPAD NCCII, Zulkarnain Kudto, encouraged the participants not to hesitate to share their struggles in the chapter.

“Always feel free to send us your issues and concerns in the chapter so that we can act upon and help each other to find solutions.” he emphasized.

Guihana Balabagan, Committee on Da’wah and Education, shared an inspirational message particularly to the Women Affairs Committee WAC.

“WAC must be WAC, have the willingness to serve, action oriented and committed,” she said.

The activity was supervised by UNYPAD national, provincial municipal and barangay officers.
