UNYPAD-Sultan Kudarat conducts Rihla, Team Building in Glan, Saranggani

GLAN, SARANGANI (May 26, 2022) – The United Youth for Peace and Development (UNYPAD) Sultan Kudarat (SK) Provincial Chapter conducted the Rihla and Team Building in Glan, Saranggani Province on May 21-22, 2022.

Under the leadership of UNYPAD SK Cluster 1 Provincial Chairman Ibrahim S. Nor, the said activity was carried out in order to strengthen the mutual understanding and deeper brotherhood among the officers and members of the organization which is among the thrusts of UNYPAD in adherence to the tenets of Islam.

Among the important undertakings during the event were discussion and review of past activities and planning how to continue UNYPAD programs.
According to Provincial Chairman Nor the beautiful scenery created by Allah adds to a clearer and more peaceful minds, thus they chose the sea coast as a place to hold the initiative.

The organizers have seen that the activity was a success and has resulted in a positive outlook and more concrete steps for the continuous implementation of UNYPAD SK programs.

It also clarified that although not much attention has been paid to team building however there has been many strategies that were employed to further strengthen camaraderie among the members of the organization and recognize the contributions of every officer and member.

They have also seen the efforts to acknowledge some shortcomings in previous activities that would serve as a guide towards enhancing the implementation of the remaining program.
