The proposed undertaking was confirmed by UNYPAD SK Campaign and Advocacy Chairman Tayan Abdulrazak in a statement.
“UNYPAD is currently preparing for such an activity which aims to shape and increase the knowledge of its members on modern and innovative technology that can be useful in advocacy for peace and development,” he said.
The training covers Basic Video Editing, Basic Photography, Basic Design and News Writing.
Abdulrazak added that social media today is one of the effective means to convey to the public the advocacy of UNYPAD including Da’wah or preaching about Islam.
“The world of social media is timely in today’s generation and young people must understand its importance as well as the negative consequences if they were not able to study it yet so that it can be used in a good way,” he explained.
Organizers expect participants coming from the different municipal chapters to join the activity.
