UNYPAD-Sultan Kudarat Provincial Chapter Organized Lambayong Chapter

LAMBAYONG, Sultan Kudarat (May 30, 2016) — After the momentous UNYPAD’s 6th General Assembly in Batulawan,  Pikit, North Cotabato  where many participants were inspired by the State of the Youth Address (SOYA)  by Dr Rahib L. Kudto, President of United  Youth for Peace and Development (UNYPAD) ,  the Sultan Kudarat provincial chapter organized the Lambayong Chapter comprised mostly by Moro youth of Barangay Katitisan, Lambayong, Sultan, Kudarat held on May 26 at Madrasah katitisan.

Ibrahim S. Nor, Chairman of UNYPAD-Sultan Kudarat Provincial Chapter delivered the opening message and challenged the participants to become future leaders of the community. He as well invited them to help and strengthen the organization in the province specifically in the municipality of Lambayong, Sultan Kudarat.

“My brothers in Islam, we are here to open the Garden of Paradise of Allah Subhanahu Wa Taa’lah and invite you to become one of us to work together for the sake of our struggle for peace”, Nor said. 

“The Believers are but a Single Brotherhood”, Nor quoting a verse form the Noble Qur’an.

Ustadz Said Mustapha, UNYPAD-SK’s Secretary of the Committee on Da’wah in his message underscored the importance of helping the youth understand their role in the Bangsamoro Struggle.

Abdurasid C. Midzapak, Provincial Secretary of SK Chapter oriented the participants on the Vision, Mission, Goals, Objectives, Programs and Services  of the UNYPAD and narrated a brief history of the Bangsamoro.

So eager to be part of the organization, the partcipants asked the speaker on how to apply for membership and requested they be trained immediately.
